Mummun keittiö (Mummu's Kitchen) is Jayson's project: Mummu's recipes, tested and written out for today's kitchens, with her own notes kept in her words. The recipe comes first on every page, and the story is on the back of the card for anyone who wants it.
No ads, no pop-ups and no third-party trackers. A few ingredient links are paid links, and they say so right beside them. Visits are counted by a small self-hosted counter (Umami) that sets no cookies and keeps no IP addresses; browsers that send Do Not Track aren’t counted.
